Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Multifounder collects when you use multifounder.com and the Multifounder app, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
The data controller is Multifounder SRL, 138 rue de la Brasserie, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, company number BE 1035.321.427. For any question about your data, write to info@multifounder.com.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as shared by Google. If you sign up with a password, we store only a salted hash of it.
- Content you create. The ideas, ventures, messages to our AI agents, files and decisions you enter in the app, and the work the agents produce for you.
- Technical data. Logs needed to run and secure the service: IP address, browser type, timestamps and error reports.
- Contact requests. What you send us when you fill in a form or email us.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in (performance of our contract).
- To run the agents on your ventures and show you their results (performance of our contract).
- To send service emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset (performance of our contract).
- To fix bugs, prevent abuse and improve the product (our legitimate interest in a working, safe service).
- To answer your requests (our legitimate interest, or your consent).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We rely on a small number of providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting of the website and app.
- Anthropic: the AI models that power our agents. Content you send to an agent is processed by Anthropic to generate its answer. Anthropic does not use it to train its models.
- Google: “Sign in with Google”, if you choose it, and our business email.
- Resend: delivery of service emails.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data and content for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete them within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something longer. Technical logs are kept for at most 90 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Write to info@multifounder.com and we will answer within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données, dataprotectionauthority.be).
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
