Terms of service

These terms govern your use of multifounder.com and the Multifounder app (the “Service”), operated by Multifounder SRL, 138 rue de la Brasserie, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, company number BE 1035.321.427. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them.
The Service
Multifounder is an AI-native startup studio: a set of AI agents that help you find, validate, build and launch ventures. The Service is under active development. Features may change, and we may add, modify or remove them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@multifounder.com if you think your account has been compromised.
Your content and ventures
You keep all rights to the ideas, content and files you put into the Service, and to the work the agents produce for you. You give us only the permission we need to host, process and display that content in order to run the Service for you.
AI output
Our agents use AI models. Their output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and it is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Review it before you rely on it or share it. Agents prepare and draft; you decide what is sent, published or spent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe someone else’s rights;
- send spam or contact people who have not agreed to it;
- create misleading, fraudulent or harmful content;
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security or usage limits of the Service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Fees
Some parts of the Service may be paid. Prices and what they include are shown before you buy, and you can cancel a subscription at any time for the end of the current period.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end the Service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of serious breach of these terms. Before your account is closed, you can export your content.
Liability
We provide the Service with care, but “as is”, without guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before it applies. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
